1. Agreement to terms

By accessing or using premiumgreen.com.bd (the “Site”) you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

2. Accounts

You are responsible for the activity on any account you create. Keep your password confidential and notify us at once if you suspect unauthorised access. We may suspend or close accounts that violate these Terms.

3. Orders, pricing & availability

All orders are offers to buy. We accept an order only when we ship it (or notify you of shipment). Prices, taxes, delivery fees, and stock levels are shown at checkout and may change without notice. We may cancel any order that contains a pricing or stock error.

We accept payments through the gateways shown at checkout. Currency is BDT unless explicitly stated.

4. Delivery

Delivery times are estimates only. We are not liable for delays caused by carriers, weather, or events outside our reasonable control. Title and risk pass to you on delivery to the address you provided.

5. Returns & refunds

Perishable goods are non-returnable unless they arrived damaged or spoiled. Non-perishable items may be returned unopened within 7 days of delivery. Refunds settle to the original payment method within 7–10 business days of return acceptance.

6. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site to break any law, infringe anyone's rights, scrape data at scale, attempt to bypass authentication, or interfere with how the Site runs for other customers.

7. Intellectual property

The Site, its content, logos, and product imagery are owned by Premium Green or licensed to us. You may not reuse them outside personal browsing without written consent.

8. Disclaimers & liability

The Site is provided “as is”. To the extent permitted by law, Premium Green is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our maximum aggregate liability for any single order is capped at the amount you paid for that order.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version is always available at this URL with the updated date below. Continued use after a change counts as acceptance.
