Cancellation Policy

We understand that sometimes you may need to cancel an order. Our cancellation process is simple.

When Can You Cancel?

You can request cancellation before your order is dispatched.

Once the order has been dispatched, cancellation may no longer be possible. In that case, our Return or Exchange Policy will apply where applicable.

How to Cancel?

Contact our customer support and provide your Order ID as soon as possible.

Prepaid Orders

If an eligible prepaid order is cancelled before dispatch, the paid amount will be refunded through the applicable payment method.

Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD orders can be cancelled before dispatch without a cancellation charge.

Repeated cancellations or refusing confirmed deliveries may affect future COD service availability.

Pre-Order Cancellation

Pre-orders may be cancelled before supplier confirmation or processing begins.

After supplier processing has started, cancellation may not be possible.

Order Cancellation by Premium Green

Premium Green may cancel an order if:

•       The product is unavailable.

•       Payment verification fails.

•       The delivery information is incorrect or unreachable.         Suspicious or fraudulent activity is detected.

If payment has already been made, an eligible refund will be processed.
